Crisp provides tools for practicing workplace communication, including AI-assisted scenarios and feedback. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or bypass security measures
• Use the Service to generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service except as allowed by law
• Interfere with other users' access to the Service

Your content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, and process your content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license.

AI-generated output

The Service may produce AI-generated responses or feedback. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use suggestions in real-world situations. The Service is not a substitute for professional, legal, or medical advice.

Fees

Some features may be free; others may require payment. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we expressly agree in writing.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Crisp or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRISP AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Crisp and its affiliates against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to for legal or operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice when practicable. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law applies.
